At HEI Schools Saigon Central, we believe that exceptional early childhood education begins with exceptional educators.

Our aim is to attract and retain passionate, highly skilled teachers from Vietnam and around the world, educators who are curious, reflective, and committed to helping every child grow with confidence, joy, and a genuine love of learning.

As a bilingual preschool and kindergarten in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, we are building a diverse professional community where teachers bring their own experiences and perspectives while working together around a shared purpose: creating meaningful learning experiences that recognise each child as an individual. We believe that teachers should continue to grow, too. Our team members are supported through ongoing professional development, collaborative learning, and access to the global resources, expertise, and opportunities of the HEI Schools network.
